1. Subscriptions
We offer:

  • Individual issue purchases

  • Annual subscriptions (four issues per year)
     

Prices are displayed at checkout and may be updated from time to time.
If subscriptions renew automatically, this will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.
You may cancel future renewals at any time prior to the renewal date. Cancellation will not affect already processed payments.
 
2. Digital Products
Digital magazine downloads are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, except where required by applicable law.
By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge that you may lose any statutory right of withdrawal once the download has begun.
 
3. Print Issues – Shipping & Delivery
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within a reasonable period following confirmation of payment. Processing times may vary during launch periods, holidays, or high-demand periods.
 
Delivery Times
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal services

  • Customs clearance

  • International transit

  • Events outside our reasonable control
     

 
International Orders & Customs
For international shipments, you are responsible for:

  • Import duties

  • Customs charges

  • Local taxes
     

We are not responsible for delays or additional costs imposed by customs authorities.
 
Incorrect Shipping Information
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
We are not liable for non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you.
 
4. Lost or Damaged Items
If a print issue is lost in transit or arrives damaged, you must contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
We may, at our discretion:

  • Provide a replacement copy

  • Issue a refund

  • Offer an alternative resolution
     

Our liability remains subject to the overall limitation of liability set out in our Terms & Conditions.
 
5. Refunds
Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:

  • Defective physical products

  • Non-delivery within a reasonable time

  • Billing errors
     

Refunds are issued at our discretion unless otherwise required by law.
Shipping fees (if separately charged) are non-refundable unless required by law.
