This arbitration agreement survives termination of these Terms.

These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Isle of Man.

 

10. No Personal Liability of Founders

All content and services are provided by Eterna LTD.

Stephan Baum and Ruby Griffiths act solely as representatives and officers of Eterna LTD.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, no personal liability shall attach to Stephan Baum, Ruby Griffiths, or any director, officer, employee, or contributor of Eterna LTD.

Any claim must be brought solely against Eterna LTD as the contracting entity.

 

11. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscriptions may be purchased on a per-issue or annual basis.

Payments are processed by Eterna Group LTD acting as payment processing agent for Eterna LTD.

Subscription terms, renewal policies, and cancellation terms will be clearly disclosed at checkout.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice.

 

12. Intellectual Property

All content, including articles, branding, frameworks, written material, and magazine layout, is owned by or licensed to Eterna LTD.

You may:

• Share content with attribution to 34Moves

• Quote excerpts with proper credit
   

You may not:
